All Pazzalotti pieces are individually hand-built in our Northern Rivers studio.
Variations in form, texture, glaze, colour and size are inherent to the process and are considered part of each piece’s character, not defects.
By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and embrace these natural variations.
Dimensions listed on product pages are approximate due to the handmade nature of the work.
Colours may vary slightly depending on lighting conditions and digital screen settings. -
Ceramics are durable but should be handled with care.
Clean surfaces with a soft, damp cloth and avoid harsh cleaning agents.
Textured pieces may require more gentle handling and dusting.
Lighting hardware and shades should be cleaned with a dry cloth.
All pieces are for indoor use only unless specified. -
Each piece is made to order unless otherwise stated.
Lead times vary by product and are provided in the product description. These timeframes are estimates and may shift depending on studio workload and material availability.
Lead times begin once full payment has been received and order details confirmed. -
Full payment is required at the time of order.
By submitting payment, you confirm you have reviewed all product details, dimensions, finishes and customisation requests. -
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or quoted separately for larger items.
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours with photographs of the item and its packaging so we can assess and resolve the issue.
Pazzalotti is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels, delays caused by carriers, or customs fees for international shipments. -
Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our work, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges based on change of mind, natural variation, or incorrect measurements supplied by the customer.
If you believe your piece has a fault or has been damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours and we will review the issue with you. -
Custom orders, commissions and bespoke pieces are final sale and non-refundable.
Any changes requested after production has begun may incur additional fees or may not be possible depending on the stage of the process. -
Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes or import charges applied by their destination country.
